Waivers and permission slips have to be collected before an activity begins, from people who are standing in front of you or racing to a deadline. A PDF that needs printing is the wrong format for both. These templates work as links you can share ahead of time or open on a phone at the door, and the completed PDF comes back to you as a record you can file.
