Terms of use
Using Fillfront means agreeing to what follows. It is short on purpose.
Last updated: 1 August 2026.
What the service does
Fillfront turns a PDF into a form people can complete in a browser, and returns each response as a completed copy of that PDF. It is operated by FillFront of France.
It is free. Building a form needs no account, and filling one in never does. One form per person is included; the number of responses it collects is not capped.
What it is not built for
This tool has no compliance posture. It is not built for health or medical information, and it is not suitable for anything else that carries a specific regulatory regime — payment card details, government identity numbers, or records covered by sector rules. No certification is held and none is claimed.
If your form would collect that kind of information, use something built and audited for it. Uploading it here is at your own risk and against these terms.
Your documents stay yours
You keep every right you had in whatever you upload. You grant only the permission needed to run the service: to store the file, display it as a form, and draw submitted answers onto copies of it. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to train a model.
You confirm you are entitled to upload what you upload, and that doing so breaks nobody else's rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to impersonate anyone, to collect information by deception, or to distribute malware. Do not attempt to reach forms, submissions or accounts that are not yours, and do not attack or overload the service. Any of these may end your access without notice.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. It is free, and it may change or stop. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — a form here is not a backup.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for loss of profit or opportunity arising from using the service. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can delete your form at any time; it is removed permanently 72 hours later. Access may be withdrawn if these terms are broken. The sections on your documents, liability and governing law survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of France, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the service as a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of where you live.
