Only you, and anyone you give your private edit link to. Your share link ends in a random code nobody can guess — anyone you send it to can fill the form in, but nobody can browse to it by guessing, and no one filling it in ever sees anyone else's answers.

Yes, once you confirm your address — we send a confirmation link the first time you give it. Each reply emails you the answers and a link to download the completed PDF. A free form is emailed about its first two replies; after that every reply is still saved and still downloadable here, and upgrading that form to Pro keeps the emails coming.
